Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large-scale, mission-critical environments and be capable of driving platform reliability, scalability, security, and automation initiatives.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
SRE & Reliability Engineer
· Strong understanding of SRE principles and best practices
· Experience defining and managing SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets
· Incident Management, RCA, Problem Management
· Production Operations and Reliability Engineering
· Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning
· High Availability (HA) and Fault-Tolerant System Design
Mandatory Skills
· Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
· Hands-on expertise with GitOps practices
· Extensive experience with ArgoCD
· Strong Database Administration/Management knowledge
· DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
· Experience with Confluent Kafka
· Experience with Aerospike
· Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
· Cloud and containerized environment experience (Kubernetes preferred)
Kubernetes & Container Platforms
· Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting
· Experience managing production Kubernetes clusters
